Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.jinsolutions.in and the services delivered by JIN Solutions. By using our site or signing a project agreement, you agree to these Terms.
1. Engagements
Project scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SoW) or proposal. The SoW prevails over these general Terms in case of conflict.
2. Payments
Standard payment schedule: 50% advance, 30% on staging, 20% on final delivery, unless agreed otherwise. Invoices are due within 7 days. Late payments accrue 2% per month interest.
3. Intellectual Property
On full payment, source code, designs and content delivered as part of the project transfer in full to the client, except for: pre-existing JIN libraries, third-party open-source components (under their own licenses), and any reusable internal frameworks (license remains with JIN).
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. Mutual NDAs are signed before any deep discovery.
5. Warranties
We provide a 30-day post-launch bug-fix warranty for defects in delivered code. New features or change requests are billed separately. We do not warrant fitness for any particular business outcome.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JIN Solutions' total liability is limited to fees actually paid by the client for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction. Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution before litigation.
